If we are born again (i.e. born anew from above through the agency of the God’s seed which is God’s Word) and translated from the man-class to the God-class, then we must begin to live continuously in God-consciousness<\/span> so we can execute judgment<\/span> for the poor and oppressed and so that we can honor God for this gift that we should be called sons of God, and if sons, then heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Who is an heir?
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. a person who inherits or has a right of inheritance in the property of another following the latter’s death.
    \n<\/span><\/li>\n

    \n<\/span><\/div>\n
      \n
    1. (in common law) a person who inherits all the property of a deceased person, as by descent, relationship, will, or legal process.
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Civil Law . a person who legally succeeds to the place of a deceased person and assumes the rights and obligations of the deceased, as the liabilities for debts or the possessory rights to property.
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. a person who inherits or is entitled to inherit the rank, title, position, etc., of another.
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. a person or group considered as inheriting the tradition, talent, etc., of a predecessor.
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \n<\/span><\/p>\n

      Christians are those who inherit or have a right of inheritance in the property of God following Jesus’ death on the cross.
      \n<\/span><\/p>\n

      We must also live in God-consciousness i.e. always thinking like Him<\/span> and in Him because as a man thinketh<\/span> in his heart, so he is. If you think like a man, you’ll act like one. If you think like God, you’ll act like one. What we think determines how our days go and what quality of life we live. He has died for us to live a much prosperous life. We are not conquerors but more than conquerors. We should have a more than conqueror mentality<\/span>. We should honor him by living it and not below what He has made us. We must honor Him by living as he has paid for us to live\u2014as Kings and Priest. Kings execute judgment for the oppressed and priests stand in the gap for them.
      \n<\/span><\/p>\n

      We are sons and not slaves in God’s house<\/span>. We are sons to whom He has given His kingdom to rule. So our prayers are not to be begging sessions<\/span>. No! A zillion times NO! We are called to legislate, calling things to order and executing justice in the earth. Minus us living this life, the earth groans under the oppression and wickedness of the wicked. It’s time to arise and shine. It’s time we behave like heirs of God. We need a God-mentality. Even human heiresses know what power they command and hence order their life according to the clout they carry in the earth. We are greater than any human heir. Ours is a heavenly inheritance. The entire world belongs to us. We are sons of God and have power than all human governments put together plus all the power of the enemy.
      \n<\/span><\/p>\n

      Acknowledging what He has made us and put in us makes us effectual and empowers our communication, empowers what we channel our faith towards, gives us results in our Christian life etc. The lack of acknowledgment of what He has invested in us makes our lives less impactful in the earth.
      \n<\/span><\/p>\n

      Phm 1:6 KJV<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      (6) That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus<\/span>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      As saints and heirs of God, our minds cannot be full of the things of men but the things of God. Peter made this mistake and Jesus called him satan or adversary. The mind of man is enmity against God.
      \n<\/span><\/p>\n

      Rom 8:5-9 KJV<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      (5) For they that are after the flesh do mind<\/span> the things of the flesh<\/span>; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      (6) For to be carnally minded<\/span>
      \nis<\/em><\/span> death; but to be spiritually minded<\/span>
      \nis<\/em><\/span> life and peace<\/span>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      (7) Because the carnal mind<\/span>
      \nis<\/em><\/span> enmity against God<\/span>: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      (8) So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      (9) But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      Mat 16:23 AMP<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      (23) But Jesus turned away from Peter and said to him, Get behind Me, Satan! You are in My way [an offense and a hindrance and a snare to Me<\/em><\/span>]; for you are minding<\/span> what partakes not of the nature and quality of God, but of men.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      God’s Word translation says it this way:
      \n<\/span><\/p>\n

      Mat 16:23 GW<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      (23) But Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get out of my way, Satan! You are tempting me to sin. You aren’t thinking<\/span> the way God thinks<\/span> but the way humans think<\/span>.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      The following is another translation

      Mat 16:23 WNT<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      (23) But He turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Adversary; you are a hindrance to me, because your thoughts<\/span> are not God’s thoughts<\/span>, but men’s.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

       <\/p>\n

      If we are still men, why would Jesus equate our minds being filled with men’s thoughts evil hence calling Peter satan?
      \n<\/span><\/p>\n

      Jesus came that we may have a mind change i.e. to exchange the mind of humans for the mind of God otherwise known as the mind of Christ. Thinking like mere men limits us and leaves us powerless tools in the hands of the enemy.
      \n<\/span><\/p>\n
