The two P\u2019s in IPPC<\/em> stand for Pastors<\/em> and Partners.<\/em> The conference unfolds in a sacred rhythm that mirrors the divine order of stewardship within the LoveWorld Nation:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Every act of faith leaves a trace in the Spirit. Scripture reveals that God not only sees<\/em> faith; He records<\/em> it and responds to it with pleasure. The writer of Hebrews declares,<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u201cFor by it the elders obtained a good report\u201d (Hebrews 11 : 2, KJV).<\/span><\/p>\n

    Their obedience became a testimony before Heaven. Faith was not an internal conviction only; it was evidence<\/em> presented before God\u2019s court as proof of trust.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The same chapter explains the divine reaction to faith in another way:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u201cNow the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him\u201d (Hebrews 10 : 38, KJV).<\/span><\/p>\n

    Faith, then, is never neutral. It brings either divine delight<\/em> or divine displeasure<\/em>. When we move forward in obedience, God rejoices; when we shrink back, His soul finds no pleasure. To be recognized is to have pleased the Lord in a measurable assignment.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Recognition as Alignment, Not Vanity<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

    In the Kingdom, celebration is never flattery. It is the acknowledgment of spiritual accuracy\u2014the confirmation that a person or ministry has walked in harmony with divine purpose. From the parables of Jesus to the letters of Paul, Scripture shows that God delights to commend faithful service:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u201cWell done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things\u201d (Matthew 25 : 21, KJV).<\/span><\/p>\n

    Divine commendation always produces multiplication. Reward is God\u2019s way of enlarging responsibility. This is why recognition within the LoveWorld Nation is sacred; it is not a human ranking system but a prophetic affirmation that the law of faith<\/em> (Romans 3 : 27) is working through willing vessels.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Faith Measured by Fruit<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Jesus taught, \u201cBy their fruits ye shall know them\u201d (Matthew 7 : 20). Fruit is the visible proof of inward faith. When LoveWorld departments and partnering ministries present their yearly results at IPPC, they are engaging a biblical principle that began long before modern awards\u2014the principle of faith evaluation and testimony<\/strong>. Just as the elders \u201cobtained a good report,\u201d today\u2019s ministries present living evidence that faith still produces outcomes God can record.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Thus, recognition becomes worship. It is our public declaration that faith is alive<\/em>, fruit is visible<\/em>, and God is faithful<\/em>. To celebrate what He has done through His people is to proclaim His righteousness among the nations.<\/span><\/p>\n

    From Genesis to Revelation, God teaches His people to do the work<\/strong> and to document the work<\/strong>. Faith is not only believed; it is acted<\/strong> and archived<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    God\u2019s Pattern: Do, Then Record<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

    When Joshua led Israel into covenant faithfulness, Scripture notes that he wrote<\/strong> the covenant matters \u201cin the Book of the Law of God<\/em>\u201d and raised a witness (Joshua 24:26). Acts of obedience were not left to memory; they were preserved as testimony<\/strong>. Kings kept chronicles; priests maintained records; prophets wrote visions. Recording God\u2019s works is part of serving God accurately<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The pattern continues in the prophets:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u201cThen they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a <\/em>book of remembrance<\/em><\/strong> was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name<\/em>.\u201d (Malachi 3:16, KJV)<\/span><\/p>\n

    Heaven listens when faith speaks\u2014and Heaven writes<\/strong> when faith acts. There is a book of remembrance<\/strong> because God is righteous to acknowledge every work done in His name.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Heaven\u2019s Administration of Testimony<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Revelation reveals a heavenly administration that engages books<\/strong> and the Book of Life<\/strong> (Revelation 20:12). While the Great White Throne concerns the judgment of the unbelieving, the scene still makes one reality unmistakable: God keeps perfect records<\/strong>. For the believer, this principle appears in another courtroom\u2014the Judgment Seat (B\u0113ma) of Christ<\/strong>\u2014where works are evaluated for reward<\/strong> (2 Corinthians 5:10). In both scenes, the language of Scripture is administrative<\/strong>: books opened, deeds considered, outcomes rendered.<\/span><\/p>\n

    New Testament Commendations as Living Records<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

    The New Testament embeds this same culture. Paul\u2019s greetings and commendations (Romans 16) are not social niceties; they are Spirit-inspired records<\/strong> of service: \u201cwho bestowed much labour,\u201d \u201cmy fellow workers,\u201d \u201capproved in Christ.\u201d<\/em> The early Church wrote down the names and labours of faithful saints to preserve their testimony<\/strong> and inspire imitation<\/strong> (Hebrews 6:12).<\/span><\/p>\n

    Why Departments Track Fruit<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Within LoveWorld, departmental reports and recognitions at IPPC mirror this biblical ethos. Counting souls won, cataloguing distributions, documenting trainings, reporting partnerships\u2014this is not bureaucracy; it is discipleship by record<\/strong>. Evidence trains the next generation to value accuracy, stewardship, and multiplication<\/strong>. When Sunesis and fellow ministries present results, we are not chasing applause; we are offering witness<\/strong>\u2014placing our year\u2019s obedience on the altar as measurable faith<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Thus, faith exploits<\/strong> are twofold:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Obedience that bears fruit<\/span><\/strong> (what Heaven sees), and<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Testimony that is recorded<\/span><\/strong> (what Heaven preserves).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      In this light, recognition is not a finish line but a checkpoint of faithfulness<\/strong>. The record exhorts us to abound more and more, and it prepares the reader for the deeper logic behind reward.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Transition:<\/span><\/em> Having established that God both delights in<\/strong> and documents<\/strong> faith, we now consider the covenant logic<\/strong> that guarantees reward\u2014why the Lord is just<\/strong> to recompense labour done in faith.<\/span><\/p>\n

      V. Christ the Righteous Judge and the Law of Reward<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

      \u201cHe\u2026 is a rewarder<\/strong> of them that diligently seek Him\u201d (Heb 11:6). In Paul\u2019s words, \u201cevery man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour<\/strong>\u201d (1 Cor 3:8). Reward is not sentiment; it is justice administered by the Righteous Judge<\/strong> (2 Tim 4:8; 2 Cor 5:10).<\/span><\/p>\n

      Scripture names distinctions of honour as crowns<\/strong>: an imperishable wreath for disciplined mastery (1 Cor 9:25); believers themselves as our crown of rejoicing<\/strong> in His presence (1 Thess 2:19\u201320); a crown of righteousness<\/strong> for all who love His appearing (2 Tim 4:8); a crown of life<\/strong> for those who endure (Jas 1:12; Rev 2:10); and a crown of glory<\/strong> for faithful shepherds (1 Pet 5:4).<\/span><\/p>\n

      Earthly recognition at IPPC is thus a prophetic rehearsal<\/strong> of this tribunal\u2014names called now anticipating the Day when Christ Himself calls names.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Faith\u2019s Legal Economy<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

      In the same letter we are told,<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u201cCast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward<\/strong>\u201d (Hebrews 10 : 35).<\/span><\/p>\n

      Here, recompence<\/em> translates \u03bc\u03b9\u03c3\u03b8\u03b1\u03c0\u03bf\u03b4\u03bf\u03c3\u03af\u03b1 [misthapodosia \u2014 \u201cpayment, compensation, settlement of account\u201d].<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Faith creates a claim in the Spirit. The believer does not demand out of pride but stands upon contract. The covenant economy of Heaven is exact: \u201cGod is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love\u201d<\/em> (Hebrews 6 : 10). To forget would be injustice, and injustice is impossible to a righteous God.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The Tribunal of Christ<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

      Paul unfolds this justice further:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u201cFor we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ<\/strong>; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad\u201d (2 Corinthians 5 : 10).<\/span><\/p>\n

      The phrase judgment seat<\/em> translates \u03b2\u1fc6\u03bc\u03b1 [b\u0113ma \u2014 \u2018raised platform, tribunal, victor\u2019s rostrum\u2019].<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      In Greek athletic games, the b\u0113ma<\/em> was where the judge rewarded victors, not where criminals were condemned. Paul borrows this image to describe the Believers\u2019 Tribunal<\/strong>\u2014the great evaluation of works for eternal distinction. The b\u0113ma<\/em> is therefore the ultimate IPPC<\/strong>, Heaven\u2019s own Award Ceremony, where Christ Himself presides.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The Five Crowns of Distinction<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

      Scripture names specific crowns, tangible emblems of reward already recorded in Heaven\u2019s archives:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Incorruptible Crown<\/span><\/strong> \u2014 the imperishable wreath for disciplined mastery in the race (1 Cor 9:25).<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Crown of Rejoicing<\/span><\/strong> \u2014 believers themselves<\/strong> as our joy\/boast \u201cin His presence at His coming\u201d (1 Thess 2:19\u201320).<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Crown of Righteousness<\/span><\/strong> \u2014 for all who love His appearing<\/strong> (2 Tim 4:8).<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Crown of Life<\/span><\/strong> \u2014 for endurance under trial\/faithful unto death (Jas 1:12; Rev 2:10).<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Crown of Glory<\/span><\/strong> \u2014 for faithful shepherds when the Chief Shepherd appears (1 Pet 5:4).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        These are not poetic figures but appointments of authority<\/strong>\u2014positions of trust in the eternal administration of Christ\u2019s Kingdom. Each crown is both record<\/strong> and reward<\/strong>\u2014documentation translated into dominion.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Earthly Recognition as Prophetic Rehearsal<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

        When partners and ministries are honoured at IPPC, the Church rehearses this tribunal in miniature. The Presidential platform, the reading of names, the conferment of plaques\u2014all prefigure the moment when the Lamb Himself will call names<\/strong> from Heaven\u2019s registry. Every earthly plaque whispers of an incorruptible crown awaiting faithful servants.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Therefore, recognition is sacred drama: a visible prophecy of invisible justice. It reminds us that service is never forgotten, and that Heaven\u2019s administration is active even now. Faith\u2019s law court is already in session; reward is a matter of record.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        VI. Earthly Awards as Prophetic Shadows<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

        Every public recognition in the body of Christ is more than ceremony; it is prophecy enacted<\/strong>. The stage, the names, the applause, the music \u2014 all become earthly symbols of a heavenly reality that Scripture calls the appearing of Christ and His rewards.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

        Paul unveils this mystery when he writes,<\/span><\/p>\n

        \u201cHenceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love His appearing.\u201d (2 Timothy 4 : 8, KJV)<\/span><\/p>\n

        The Apostle looked beyond the moment of his ministry to a future coronation at the B\u0113ma of Christ<\/strong>. He saw the faithful arrayed before the righteous Judge, each receiving recompense for works done in love. That same pattern is rehearsed every time the Church pauses to honour faithfulness. When a plaque is lifted on stage, Heaven\u2019s court is reminded that the covenant still speaks.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Recognition as a Prophetic Drama<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

        At the International Pastors\u2019 and Partners\u2019 Conference<\/strong>, recognition ascends through ordered levels \u2014 departmental, presidential, and finally eternal. Departmental awards acknowledge stewardship within specific trusts; presidential awards gather those fruits into a single global testimony. Together they dramatize the transition from labour<\/em> to commendation<\/em>, from obedience<\/em> to entrustment<\/em>. In this sense, IPPC is a living parable of the B\u0113ma Seat<\/strong> itself: a prophetic shadow cast backward from the future<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

        The Holy Spirit designed these moments not to exalt individuals but to train the Church\u2019s imagination for the coming tribunal of Christ<\/strong>. They recalibrate ambition from human applause to divine approval. As Scripture says,<\/span><\/p>\n

        \u201cFor we must all appear before the judgment seat (b\u0113ma<\/em>) of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.\u201d (2 Corinthians 5 : 10, KJV)<\/span><\/p>\n

        This verse is not threat but promise: God intends to remember<\/em> faith. The same grace that saves us now will evaluate us then, not for condemnation but for reward. Every faithful act, every seed sown, every prayer offered in secret will stand up to testify.<\/span><\/p>\n

        From Applause to Alignment<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

        For the Sunesis family, the stage moment at IPPC is therefore not an end but a summons<\/strong>. It calls every partner to keep their gaze fixed on the real ceremony yet to come \u2014 the Day when Christ Himself crowns His own. Until then, each earthly award functions as alignment training<\/strong>: learning to rejoice when Heaven rejoices, to measure success by faithfulness, and to count recognition as responsibility renewed.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Thus, earthly honour becomes prophecy in motion. It declares that the age of reward is near, that Jesus is the righteous Judge, and that the Kingdom\u2019s economy is one of remembrance. Every plaque, every handshake, every shout of thanksgiving points beyond itself to the words that every servant longs to hear:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \u201cWell done, thou good and faithful servant\u2026 enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.\u201d<\/span><\/strong> (Matthew 25 : 21, KJV)<\/span><\/p>\n

        VII. Partners in Battle \u2014 The David Paradigm <\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

        Kingdom partnership is warfare by covenant. When Scripture records that <\/span>\u201cThey came to David at Ziklag, mighty men, helpers of the war\u201d<\/span><\/em> (1 Chronicles 12 : 1, KJV), it unveils God\u2019s pattern of victory through helpers in battle<\/strong>. David\u2019s triumphs were multiplied through men who shared his assignment, not merely his admiration. Their loyalty turned a personal anointing into national deliverance.<\/span><\/p>\n

        The phrase \u201chelpers in war\u201d<\/strong>\u2014from the Septuagint \u03b2\u03bf\u03b7\u03b8\u03bf\u1fe6\u03bd\u03c4\u03b5\u03c2 \u1f10\u03bd \u03c0\u03bf\u03bb\u03ad\u03bc\u1ff3 [bo\u0113thountes en polem\u014d \u2014 \u201cthose who assist in battle\u201d]<\/strong>\u2014expresses the prophetic architecture of partnership. Helpers extend the king\u2019s reach; their obedience transforms vision into conquest. Scripture establishes their equality in reward:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \u201cFor who will hearken unto you in this matter? but as his part is that goeth down to the battle, so shall his part be that tarrieth by the stuff: they shall part alike.\u201d (1 Samuel 30 : 24, KJV)<\/span><\/p>\n

        The Greek term <\/span>synkoin\u014dnos t\u0113s charitos<\/span><\/em> \u2014 \u201cjoint sharers of the same grace\u201d \u2014 shows that the grace of apostleship can be distributed through partnership. Those who stand with a commission share its anointing and its reward. Partnership, therefore, is not sponsorship; it is spiritual co-labour<\/strong> that reproduces the same results in every participant.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Faith Partnership in the LoveWorld Nation<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

        In this same spirit, every partner in the LoveWorld Nation stands as a helper in war<\/strong>\u2014advancing the Gospel through giving, prayer, evangelism, and strategic engagement. Each department represents a battalion in this prophetic army, and each recognition at IPPC is Heaven\u2019s roll-call of those who stood faithfully in formation.<\/span><\/p>\n

        When Sunesis Learning Initiative<\/strong> receives recognition, that honour is collective. It belongs to the entire body of partners who have shared in this grace\u2014those who prayed, taught, gave, and bore burdens with prophetic patience. The plaque in the natural corresponds to a record in the eternal<\/strong>, and the joy of one becomes the joy of all.<\/span><\/p>\n

        The Prophetic Call to Continue<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

        As the new ministry year unfolds, the call intensifies: helpers of war advance, not retire. Each project, publication, or teaching becomes another front in the spiritual campaign. To partner is to extend the line of victory<\/strong>. Together, we publish truth, disciple leaders, strengthen nations, and prepare the earth for Christ\u2019s return.<\/span><\/p>\n

        And when the war is over and the Commander appears, the voice that once called names at IPPC will call them again in glory:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \u201cBehold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.\u201d (Revelation 22 : 12, KJV)<\/span><\/p>\n

        VIII. Gratitude and Call to Faithfulness<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

        The Sunesis family gives all glory to the Lord Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church and the Author of every good work. Every fruit recorded, every life transformed, and every recognition received is the outcome of His grace at work in us. We stand as witnesses that <\/span>\u201cit is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure\u201d<\/span><\/em> (Philippians 2 : 13, KJV).<\/span><\/p>\n

        We offer heartfelt thanksgiving to the spiritual father and pattern of our Man of God, Rev. (Dr.) Chris Oyakhilome, D.Sc., D.Sc., D.D.<\/strong>\u2014for his unending faith, his fatherly guidance, and his vision that has shaped our pursuit of divine excellence. Under his leadership, we have learned that faith is measurable, that the Gospel is strategic, and that partnership is sacred. We also extend profound gratitude to the LoveWorld leadership and departmental directors<\/strong>\u2014the <\/span>Healing School<\/span><\/em>, <\/span>Healing to the Nations<\/span><\/em>, and the <\/span>International School of Ministry (ISM)<\/span><\/em>\u2014for receiving Sunesis as a trusted collaborator in the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.<\/span><\/p>\n

        A New Ministry Year of Greater Accountability<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

        The close of IPPC marks the birth of a new ministry year across the LoveWorld Nation. As the global family crosses that threshold, we renew our consecration to the vision of our Man of God\u2014to disciple nations, equip leaders, and advance the Kingdom of Christ in every sphere of human life. Each project, lecture, broadcast, and publication becomes a new line in Heaven\u2019s record\u2014a living testimony that faith continues to speak.<\/span><\/p>\n

        IPPC reminds us that God\u2019s accounting system is perfect. He forgets nothing done in love, and He multiplies every act of obedience into new opportunities for fruitfulness. Therefore, we press forward with greater precision, knowing that faith is cumulative\u2014that every seed, every soul, every revelation adds weight to our eternal reward.<\/span><\/p>\n

        \u201cBehold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.\u201d (Revelation 3 : 11, KJV)<\/span><\/p>\n

        A Prophetic Exhortation to Partners<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

        To all our partners, friends, and collaborators across nations: this is not the season to reduce pace; it is the season to accelerate. The honour we received at IPPC 2024 is both testimony and responsibility. The Lord has trusted us with visibility because He has counted us faithful in stewardship. Let us therefore abound in every good work\u2014teaching, publishing, counselling, and transforming societies by the wisdom of God.<\/span><\/p>\n

        We declare with the Apostle Paul, <\/span>\u201cThe grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus\u201d<\/span><\/em> (1 Timothy 1 : 14). That same grace now calls us higher\u2014to deeper accuracy, broader reach, and greater impact for the Gospel. As we step into the new year of ministry, our gaze remains fixed on the true Rewarder, Christ Himself, whose voice will soon announce the eternal commendation we have rehearsed on earth.<\/span><\/p>\n

        To Him be glory in the Church, both now and forever. Amen.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
