The number 7 is one of rest as well as completion in the sense that after the 7<sup>th<\/sup> day (Saturday), we revert to the first day of the week (Sunday) and not an 8<sup>th<\/sup> day of the week. In the numbering of days, the highest number reached before a new beginning is initiated is 7. For this reason, I thought it good to revisit what the TLS is about before starting a new prophetic week of teachings with a 78<sup>th<\/sup> posting. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin:0 0 .0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin:2pt 0 .0001pt;page-break-after:avoid;font-size:13pt;font-family:'Calibri Light', sans-serif;color:#2f5496;font-weight:normal;\"><span style=\"font-size:26pt;font-family:'Aileron Thin';\">What is the Transformation Leadership Series?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin:0 0 .0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin:0 0 .0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">This series <u>concerns itself with the subject of leadership<\/u> because as the saying goes, \u201cleadership is cause; all other is effect\u201d. The cause is influence and the effect are the results of that influence such as transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin:0 0 .0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin:0 0 .0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">The series also <u>concerns itself with positive transformation<\/u>\u2014transforming self, organizations, structures and systems. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin:0 0 .0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 .0001pt 36pt;text-align:justify;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">Etymology of transform (v.): mid-14c., &#8220;<u>change the form of<\/u>&#8221; (transitive), from Old French transformer (14c.), from Latin transformare &#8220;<u>change in shape<\/u>, metamorphose,&#8221; from trans &#8220;across, bayond&#8221; (see trans-) + formare &#8220;to form&#8221; (see form (v.)). Intransitive sense &#8220;<u>undergo a change of form<\/u>&#8221; is from 1590s. Related: Transformed; transforming.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin:0 0 .0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin:0 0 .0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">Transform is a verb; an action word. Therefore, real leadership acts, influences, transforms or changes the form\/shape of the entities, organizations and societies for the better. It improves lives and creation. It does not only bring positive change across a spectrum but subject to the need, real leadership re-forms (e.g. protestant re-formation) or metamorphose (change the state and estate of the led or organization(s)). It is one thing to take the led (followers) to another level within the same state. It is an entirely different thing to change their state and estate altogether. Transformation is achieved by renewing mindsets and worldviews (Romans 12:2) using God\u2019s scripture (2 Timothy 3:16).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin:0 0 .0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 .0001pt 36pt;text-align:justify;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">Romans 12:2 (AMPC)\u00a0\u00a0Do not be con<\/span><u><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:#0070c0;\">formed<\/span><\/u><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\"> to this world (this age), [<\/span><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:#7f7f7f;\">fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs<\/span><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">], but be trans<\/span><u><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:#0070c0;\">formed<\/span><\/u><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\"> (changed) by the [<\/span><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:#7f7f7f;\">entire<\/span><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">] renewal of your mind [<\/span><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:#7f7f7f;\">by its new ideals and its new attitude<\/span><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">], so that you may prove [<\/span><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:#7f7f7f;\">for yourselves<\/span><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [<\/span><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:#7f7f7f;\">in His sight for you<\/span><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin:0 0 .0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin:0 0 .0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">People are always being formed\/shaped through the various media of communication they are exposed to. The issue is whether the forming is a con<u>form<\/u>ity to mediocrity or trans<u>form<\/u>ation to\u00a0 higher state.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin:0 0 .0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin:0 0 .0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Lato Light', sans-serif;color:black;\">Finally, the series <u>concerns itself with the sustainability of transformation<\/u>. Desirable transformation is one that lasts. The gains some leaders achieve is eroded as soon as their parties or godfathers are out of office while that of others is perpetual because it is founded on Christ and His principles. Jesus lived for 33 years but His actual ministry spanned only 3.5 years and yet the transformation He engineered in 3.5 years has been sustained for the past 2,018 years.
