Greetings in Jesus’ awesome name! The subject of Gates occupied the last two posts. These were\u00a0\u00a0What is a GATE<\/em>?<\/a> excerpted from the seminal book, ‘Praying through the Gates of Time’<\/em> and The Antidote to the Gates of Hell<\/em><\/a>.<\/em> Today, I’d like to share how this revelation can be made practical in a nation setting.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Eze 21:21-23 GNB<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

(21)<\/span> The king of Babylonia stands by the signpost at the fork of the road<\/span>. To discover which way to go, he shakes the arrows; he consults his idols; he examines the liver of a sacrificed animal.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

(22)<\/span> Now! His right hand holds the arrow marked ‘Jerusalem’! It tells him to go and set up battering rams, to shout the battle cry, to place battering rams against the gates, to throw up earthworks, and to dig trenches.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

(23)<\/span> The people of Jerusalem won’t believe this because of the treaties they have made. But this prediction is to remind them of their sins and to warn them that they will be captured.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

(21)<\/span> For the king of Babylon stood at the parting of the way, at the head<\/strong><\/span> of the two ways<\/span>, to use divination: he made his<\/em><\/span> arrows bright, he consulted with images, he looked in the liver.<\/p>\n

The King of Babylon wanted to attack and capture Jerusalem but instead of starting with a physical \u00a0assault, \u00a0he first attacked spiritually at a junction before attacking them physically. To initiate the spiritual attack, this King went to the HEAD of the streets. Notice, just as Jesus has a head \u00a0(1Cor 11:3) and the body of Christ has a head (Eph 5), a wife has a head, so do streets have a head.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

The head of a street is the\u00a0junction or roundabout. Heads are gates. The juction where he stood\u00a0represented a gate. A junction is the gate through which two or more streets, footpaths, air paths\u00a0cross.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

In the developing world, where traditional worship and idolatry in the traditional sense is still rife, it is not uncommon for people to place sacrifices at junctions as per the instructions of fetish priests. The reason for this is the same reason why the King of Babylon chose a junction for transacting spiritual business with the evil being(s)\u00a0through divination to capture Jerusalem. Notice a whole nation was captured at a junction.\u00a0This included\u00a0all its inhabitants.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

There is nothing new under the sun. Unregenerate man has not changed and still seeks power over his\/her fellow man. Unfortunately the sphere of government and governance has been abandoned by many believers and the sons of this world with knowledge from their father have gladly taken this sphere and dictate much of what transpires in them including the architecture and the town planning of nations. Take a look at the picture at the top of this post. Each picture has an obelisk at a junction. I surmise that this is not just for decoration. For the meaning of obelisks, see the previous post.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

In places where\u00a0freemasonry and other cults thrive, those with knowledge have placed obelisks (Asherah poles) at the gates\u2014(heads of gates, roundabouts etc.). At first sight, these Asherah poles may seem only decorative pieces but many times, they are dual purposed\u2014for decoration and for occulted purposes\u2014such as was done by the King of Babylon. If it were today, we’d be talking about the President of Babylon divining at the gates to capture another country and its people.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Examples of other Gates at Junctions<\/h2>\n

Below are\u00a0some other examples of types of gates situated at junctions. The examples shown below are from Germany, France and Ghana.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Each structure has interesting details. The Germans have the Quadriga with a winged supernatural being in a Chariot on top of the Brandenburger Tor \u00a0or gate situated between East and West Germany. Tor is German language for gate. On the surface of France’s Arc de Triomphe, also situated at a major junction, are winged supernatural beings hovering over humans. On top of Ghana’s Independence Black Star Monument or Black Star Gate are 4 black stars facing each of the 4 directions.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Each of these in Germany, France and Ghana are situated at major national junctions near<\/span> major government buildings.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Opening of German’s Brandenburger Tor was from 1788 to August 16, 1791

Construction of France’s Arc de Triomphe began in August 15, 1806
\n<\/span><\/p>\n
